Your care with us begins in a quiet, private setting where you can talk openly about the hair loss you are experiencing. Whether it is related to alopecia, chemotherapy, thinning hair, a medical treatment, or another diagnosis, we listen first. The initial consultation is to discuss your hair-loss concerns, needs, preferences, and goals and to determine whether our services are an appropriate fit.

We then take precise measurements and explain cap constructions, textures, colors, and lengths in clear, simple terms so you understand what a medical wig or cranial prosthesis can offer. Some clients later choose focused visits such as alopecia consultations, chemotherapy hair-loss consultations, thinning hair assessments, or hair-loss prevention guidance. This consultation is available in person in Rochester, or virtually from home for your comfort. Book your private appointment to begin.

Appointment Details

First appointment: An initial consultation to discuss the client’s hair-loss concerns, needs, preferences, and goals and determine whether our services are an appropriate fit.

Second appointment: Wig fitting or customization is handled at a separate second appointment after the initial consultation. These services are not included in the $45 consultation fee.

Virtual Consultations: Appointment confirmations will include connection instructions and a meeting link. Clients should join from a quiet, private, well-lit location with a reliable internet connection and a camera-enabled device.

In-Person Consultations: Appointment location and arrival instructions will be provided in the confirmation email. Clients may bring inspiration photos and any relevant prescription or referral documentation they already have.

Mobile Consultations: Clients must request a mobile appointment and provide their proposed address for review before confirmation. The location must be reviewed and accepted before the appointment is confirmed. Clients should provide a clean, private, well-lit space. Applicable travel charges will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
